Garrett Bell
Broker / Owner - CRP
A third-generation Realtor and lifelong Brevard resident, Garrett has represented more than 600 buyers and sellers since launching his career in 2013. His firsthand experience with the challenges families face during corporate moves led him to build New Beginnings Home Rewards. Garrett holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC®, is a broker member of WERC, and earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
Brooke Bell
Vice President / Relocation Director
Brooke oversees New Beginnings Home Rewards across Brevard County and Florida's Space Coast. A University of Florida graduate with a background in Telecommunications, she brings strong communication skills honed through experience in media and real estate. Brooke leads a trained team of agents focused on delivering timely, high-touch service to relocation management companies and the transferees they support — building dependable partnerships with corporate clients along the way.
Sophie Moutsatsos
Relocation Coordinator
A Brevard County native, Sophie supports New Beginnings Home Rewards with deep local knowledge and strong organizational skills developed through prior experience in construction management. She serves as the primary coordination point between relocation management companies, transferees, and the agent team — managing referral documentation, scheduling homefinding tours, tracking milestones, and ensuring a seamless experience for every relocating family.
